b) Exception. Failure to Receive Access

c) Technical Issues and Support Resolution

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If the dispute initiated does not align with the terms of our Cancellation and Refund Policy, the Owner reserves the right to pursue all available collection remedies and take legal action against the User to recover the disputed amount, plus any associated fees, costs, or damages for up to $25,000.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses incurred as result of a chargeback initiated by the User in violation of these terms.
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to User if they initiated unjustified chargebacks or repeatedly fail to comply with the terms of this agreement.
The User acknowledges their obligation to read and understand the provisions and policies of the Global Insiders' Terms & Conditions and agrees that omission to do so is not a defense against any remedies outlined herein.
9. Agreement and Acknowledgment
